unavailable free meal high rate
the breakfast was substantial and provided a decent start to the day.
i was told the free meal advertised was not available, hmm why advertise it then. i would probably stay here again, but only at a much lower rate than i paid!

central location pleasant staff suitable breakfast faulty cooling system no milk system malfunction
the location is central. it is very good. the staff was pleasant. the breakfast was suitable for me.
the room cooling system was not working correctly. it went from hot to freezer cold. i had to constantly turn the system off and on. this was annoying. there was no milk provided with the in-room coffee and tea.

fantastic stay, feel grateful
friendly irma careful work easy check-in central location
irma from housekeeping was so friendly. she was professional. i appreciate her careful work. the front desk team was helpful. they made check-in easy. breakfast was substantial. it provided a good start to the day. the location is central to sports venues.
the room i had was a bit small. it was not a major issue.

solid choice for downtown stay
helpful staff nearby attractions
the staff was helpful with directions. my room was a standard king room, and it included a coffee maker. i could easily walk to nearby attractions from the hotel, it was a plus.
the gym equipment showed its age. i heard a loud noise come from the treadmill while i used it.
